About the project
Is a tool that centralises key information about employees, such as names, job titles/roles and contact details. It facilitates internal communication and collaboration by providing quick and organised access to team details. It is an essential platform for effective human capital management (HCM), especially for companies who have 100+ employees, employees working remotely or whose team is distributed across different locations.
Needs
- Each section of the personal profile is optional and must adjust dynamically depending on the number of sections available, whether it’s one or more.
- Create different modals for every type of data in the profile edition.
- Develop a general filter interface that accommodates a variety of filter options without overwhelming the user.
Technical Challenges
- Implement clear, simple filter controls such as dropdowns, checkboxes, sliders, or search bars.
- Ensure that the filter system works well on mobile devices and adapts to different screen sizes.
- Deal with scenarios where filters result in no matching results or when filters are contradictory.
- Implement keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and ensure that all interactive elements are easily usable without a mouse.
- Guarantee people with different abilities can access, understand, and navigate web content, regardless of how they’re accessing it.
