About the project
Creating a beautiful and romantic beach wedding website involved a few key steps. I started by focusing on the couple’s vision and the serene beach setting. I chose earthy tones for the color scheme to match the natural beauty of the location. The result is a website that perfectly reflects the charm and intimacy of their special day.
I also created a playlist embedded in the website so guests could add the songs they wanted to dance to at the wedding. Additionally, I incorporated an Instagram photo slider that would be populated by photos uploaded by guests to the platform using the hashtag chosen for this event.
Lastly, I created and customized a Facebook group for the event to stay in touch with the guests.
Needs
- Understanding and translating the couple’s vision into the website design is essential. Accurately reflect their unique preferences and the specific atmosphere they want for their wedding while maintaining a cohesive and elegant design.
- Use high-quality images that capture the romance of the occasion but ensure that these visuals do not compromise the website’s loading speed, especially on mobile devices.
- Clearly organise the content to highlight different types of tours while maintaining a clean and intuitive user interface.
- The website must be user-friendly, allowing visitors to easily find information about the wedding, such as the date, location, RSVP options, and more.
- Incorporate personal touches that reflect the couple’s story and relationship adds to the website’s charm.
